We will then send you additional payment and registration information. We prefer payment through PayPal when you register for the conference. You will be led to payment through PayPal after completing the registration form by clicking on the below link. If necessary, you can also pay using institutional or personal checks. If paying by check, envelopes must be postmarked by October 25, 2004. On-site registration ends at noon on November 6. ONLY cash or personal checks are accepted for on-site registration.
